You should know, though, if you’re new to the internet and aren’t quite sure what the blogging craze is all about, or if you have your own website and are interested in why everyone keeps recommending you to start your own blog.

To go along with the previous point, if you have your own website but have not yet started a blog, you can easily set one up using a free service such as Blogger or WordPress. Use your blog as an opportunity to contribute on topics related to your website at least once or twice per week.

To get a better search engine ranking, blogging will help. It will open communication channels between you and your visitors, which encourages them to interact with you and provides them with a reason to return to your site in the future.
